Founder of The Collective Alchemy – is a breathwork facilitator and money coach in Whistler BC. She is passionate about helping others and empowering them to reach their full potential. Before working as a breathwork facilitator, she worked for Franklin Covey (7 Habits of Highly Effective People) where she worked with the school system in BC to engage schools on bringing leadership skills to their students.
As she became more interested in meditation, breathwork seemed like a natural progression. After her first experience with breathwork she was hooked! She initially fell in love with breathwork as a way to calm the nervous system and release stress and anxiety, however, her passion for this healing modality quickly grew as she learned more about how truly powerful connecting to the breath can be. She became fascinated with the breath’s ability to allow someone to move out of their mind and into their body. She truly believes in the magic of breathwork as a way to shed layers of stress, trauma and pain – whether it be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, in order to step into your highest self. With the shedding of these layers, she believes that space can open up for people to experience growth and expansion.
