When you do breathwork you are bringing in a lot of oxygen in the body in a systematic way that stimulates the cells in the body which then activates areas where you have blocked energy. You start to experience certain things of that energy flow in the body, or you might start feeling pain in a certain area, or your hands might clamp up. You hold energy in different parts of your body. What the breathwork does is allow the oxygen to flow, stimulates the nervous system, and gets into that emotional space. Your body starts vibrating and moving energy out of the boy feeling a greater sense of homeostasis, it’s really powerful.
